If you are taking cupcakes to your child's class or making some for your family to celebrate Read Across America Day, I have some cupcake toppers for you! They are part of my CUTESY SEUSSY printable party collection in my shop!
Here's what you need to make your cupcake toppers...
(1) 2" circle punch or 2" scalloped circle punch (or cut by hand)
(2) lollipop sticks, coffee stirrers, or craft sticks
