Today, I want to share with you a tutorial I found on creating the trendy "ruffle frosting" technique for cupcakes. The tutorial comes from Glory of Glorious Treats. Last year, my hubby bought me a Williams Sonoma Cookie & Cake Decorating Kit & I love it! It's actually made for kids, but the bottles are MUCH easier than the icing bags!
