Tasty Tuesday {Hot Chocolate on a Stick}

My recipe for today is something I KNOW my hubby and baby boy would LOVE!  I'm one of those crazy people who doesn't like chocolate (yes, you read that right) except for Reese Cups!  So, I tend to stray away from chocolate desserts.  However, now that the chocolate-lovers outnumber me in my house, I'm slowly changing my cooking habits!
