Memorial Day is only two short weeks away which marks the beginning of my favorite season, SUMMER!!! So, to celebrate this glorious time of year, Moo Moo's & Tutus Party Designs, along with my friend, Nancy, from A To Zebra Celebrations, will be hosting the "Swing into Summer Giveaway".
